I teach American Sign Language (ASL). My name is Jessica or “J-Smile” which is my Sign Language name given to me by the deaf community in my area. I was introduced to ASL over 12 years ago and have found it to be a bridge to a wonderful and vibrant people. Now, I hope to introduce you to these people as my friends so you can explore this whole new world and interact with the deaf in your area without fear. Remember, language is just a bridge to make more friends.
